Commercial Court of Kosovo
The Balkans Group, in cooperation with the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, financed by the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Pristina, has launched the video animation for the Commercial Court (in 3 languages: Albanian, English, and Serbian), which informs about the importance, tasks, and powers of the Court.
A sufficient number of Judges and support staff is appointed to this Court, and they are engaged in implementing the work plan and tasks based on the Law of the Commercial Court and internal regulations of this institution.
The Commercial Court is a regular court within the existing judicial system competent in adjudicating disputes between domestic and foreign business organizations.
